Nike: Nike SB Skate App

The Nike SB App was created to fill a gap in skate culture by giving skaters a dedicated place to learn, watch, and share skate videos. Built as a true skater-first platform, the app introduced features like multi-angle tilt-to-play video, dynamic YouTube uploading and streaming, progressive gamification, Trick Tree, and a digital game of S.K.A.T.E., blending skill progression with community. I led the app concept and branding, shaped the creative direction, contributed to industrial design, and developed the CRM strategy and activation framework. Awarded 11 Patents and won 20+ Industry Awards.

The Trick Tree was the nerve center of the Nike SB app. We built virtual index cataloging the taxonomy of over 500+ skate tricks.
